What do you think of Acne

What you think about has an effect on the fabric of nature itself. Circumstances and events are created according to how often you think about them and the
degree of expectation. If you expect a bad day, you'll get one
- on all levels, both psychologically and physically. If you expect to get acne or what-ever ....you will get it!!!!!

If you
expect to double your income in the next twelve months, not
only will your mind come up with ways of doing it, not only
will you be psychologically set up to achieve it, but happy
events and circumstances will appear, almost spookily into your
life.

But don't take my word for it, or anyone
else. Don't take this on trust. Don't take this just because
thousands of others have proved it in their own lives. This is
science.

Vinegar to treat Acne

There are tons of over-the-counter acne creams, lotions, gels, and washes that you can buy to help clear up your acne and most of these products do work well. The problem is that most of these products contain chemicals that can irritate your skin and skin irritation is one of the causes of acne!

Why would you want to put anything on your skin that you cannot even pronounce? A product that is expensive isn't necessarily better at clearing up acne.

There are some natural products that you can find around your house that can be used to clear up your acne.Aloe vera is one of them.see www.aloeveraexpress.com

Baking soda makes a great skin scrub. A scrub is used to exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin and can eventually unclog your pores. To use baking soda for acne, make a paste with the baking soda and a little water. Gently massage the paste onto your skin for ten to fifteen seconds and then rinse the baking soda off with clean water and pat your face dry with a clean towel.

Use eight parts water to one part vinegar. Clean your face and pat it dry, then using a cotton ball soak the ball in the vinegar solution and apply it directly to the problem areas, leaving it on. If you have stubborn acne you can try a stronger vinegar

You can also use apple cider vinegar to help clear up your acne. You can also use plain vinegar. The reason vinegar works is because it kills bacteria. Bacteria on your skin cause acne. The vinegar also balances your skin's pH and absorbs oil that can cause acne.

Use eight parts water to one part vinegar. Clean your face and pat it dry, then using a cotton ball soak the ball in the vinegar solution and apply it directly to the problem areas. Rinse your skin after ten minutes. You can make a stronger solution for stubborn acne by mixing 2 or 3 parts of water to 1 part vinegar), then apply it directly to troubled areas of skin and rinse off after ten minutes.

You can also substitute lemon or lime juice in place of the vinegar. The citric acid in the juices acts as a exfoliate and also halts the growth of acne spots and fades the ones you already have.

Irritation that can cause Acne

Any type of irritation can cause pimples. Clothing rubbing against the skin, a chinstrap, or a soap that is too harsh. Irritations of the skin can cause acne.

The shedding of dead skin cells that cause blockage in the hair follicles or pores of the skin can also cause acne. The blocked pores are breeding ground for bacteria that are already on the skin's surface.

Other causes of acne are poor hygiene especially poor cleansing of the face that allows pores to become blocked with oil and dirt. Skin products that are put on the skin and irritate the skin causes inflammation, which in turn breeds bacteria.

Whatever the cause of your particular acne, it is a disease that can be treated by addressing the cause. There are products designed to unclog pores, we can use skin products that do not irritate our skin, like Aloe Vera and avoid clothing or objects that irritate our skin. Washing the face, neck, chest and back areas with a mild liquid Aloe Vera soap and warm water twice a day also decrease the frequency of acne breakouts.

What do you know about Acne?

As they say knowledge is king let me share some more information with you about Acne. Did you for instance know that there are different types of acne and that they all have different names.

There are in fact six types of pimples including whiteheads, blackheads, papules, pustules, nodules and cysts. Let's go a bit more in detail ans explain briefly how you can recognise heach type.

Whiteheads are pimples that stay under the surface of the skin. Blackheads are pimples that rise to the skin's surface and look black. Papules are small pink bumps that feel very tender. Pustules are pimples that are reddened at the bottom and have pus at the top. Nodules are very painful, large and solid pimples that are deep in the skin. Cysts are very deep pimples that are painful, full of pus and usually leave scars on the skin after they heal.

The most common form of acne is called "acne vulgaris" and is found on individuals who have oily complexions. Teenagers see a lot of acne breakouts because they have changing hormones, which causes greater secretion of oil from their skin glands. The excess oil blocks the pores causing the acne. Other factors can clog pores including pollutants in the air, oil in the air particles and irritants on the skin.

Aloe Vera can take care of all of these...why not try some:

You have acne and long for a clear skin?

Acne sufferers all long for clear beautiful skin and try all kinds of lotions, washes and ointments in the search for acne free skin. The key to achieving the perfect skin lies in addressing the causes of acne. Get rid of the causes of acne and you can say goodbye to acne and hello to clear skin. There are a number of commercial, herbal, and homeopathic treatments for acne.

Herbs are great for reducing redness, and preventing the development of scars from acne. Echinacea and poke root can be used for their anti-inflammatory properties. Witch hazel has been used for years for its ability to act as an astringent.

Retin-A and alpha hydroxy acids have been used to treat acne and to heal and prevent future outbreaks of acne. Two common ingredients in over-the-counter acne medications are glycolic and lactic acids, which work to remove dead skin cells. You should always check the label and read any instructions about a product before using it. Some acne products are not safe to use during pregnancy, so be careful about any preparations you are using if you are pregnant or think you may be.

Aloe Vera is great for skin care;don't ask me how it works it just does!

Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) can be used on all skin types and are a good cleanser to use for healing and for preventing acne. They are natural acids that come from fruits, milk sugars and plants. AHAs work by removing the dead layer of skin so that you can experience the newer layer of skin underneath.
